Ron's Renamer

Having to rename a lot of files at the same time, for example, songs downloaded from the Internet or picture files generated by your digital camera, can be a really challenging task. That's because you will need to manually rename each file separately. Fortunately, there are certain applications on the market which make it really easy to rename large groups of files at the same time, using a single mouse click. Ron's Renamer is one of these applications.

This simple Windows program allows you to rename multiple files using various rules and templates. Installing the software is a very simple job, as it requires only a few clicks for this. After installing and running the program, the user will be presented with a complex interface, which features numerous options for renaming files. Certain users may find the interface a bit overwhelming, but spending a few moments with it will soon fix that.

First of all, the user will have to import the desired files into the program's interface. There isn't a maximum limit for the number of files that can be imported. After completing this step, the user will need to configure the renaming rules. More rules can be freely combined together, for creating a more complex effect. Each renaming rule can be easily saved, for reusing it later on. The program also includes some sample rules which can be easily modified.
